passages from its book, MAKING MUSIC VIDEOS: EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
FROM THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS by Lara Schwartz, page 111, regarding
president/producer of Noisivision, Inc., Braddon Mendelson, that are
inaccurate regarding Mr. Mendelson’s involvement in the Rosa Parks vs.
Outkast case. He had been summarily dismissed from the case by the judge
as his name was wrongfully included in the case. Watson-Guptill
regrets any misunderstanding that may have arisen as a result of this
